Speaker Exchange

This is a “clearing house” for registering speakers (who want to speak in other clubs) and clubs (which need extra speakers to come to fill their otherwise lost time slots.) Clubs will pick up what they need and speaker will contact the club for possible speaking engagements. This is especially useful when speakers want to complete a manual within a time limit but no opportunity available in their own home club.
